Tech support teams are responsible for handling installation, errors, user issues and any other technical problem that prevents the customer from using their applications, and products. In essence, tech support focuses on helping customers to use a product more effectively. By focusing on better technical advice and support to our customers, we can show you a better way to use the products you work with everyday.
Support Options (Hourly) – Starting cost:
- Initial Review (Monday – Friday-Business Hours) $25.00 per 30 Min – 24 hour response time
- Basic Email/Chat/Phone Support (Monday – Friday-Business Hours) $ 65.00 per hour – For simple questions and answers about basic items, basic troubleshooting, and basic training. 2 Hour response time
- Advanced Support Email/Chat/Phone (Monday – Friday-Business Hours) $ 150.00 per hour – If you need more assistance and support for applications, networks, and systems. 2 Hour response time
- Master Support (Monday – Friday-Business Hours) – $200.00+ per hour – For Server, Network, Data Recovery, and Consulting. 2 Hour response time.
- After Hour’s Support – This will need to be scheduled with your tech, once billed and approved.
- Emergency After Hours Support – $350.00+ per hour – 2 Hour response.
NOTE: Any after hours calls will have to be approved and paid for before the work can start. Once a ticket is created, we will notify the primary contact to get approval.
