1) How to Open Quick Assist

Select the Start button  > Quick Assist. or Select start, and start typing Quick Assist. Select the Quick Assist Program that shows up.

Get assistance – Once have you an active ticket, you will be contact by our team with a code to use in order for us to connect with you.

Select Start  > Quick Assist (or select the Start  button, type Quick Assist in the search box, then select it in the results). In the Code from assistant box, enter the 6-digit code you were given, and select Share screen. Wait for your helper, then select Allow in the window that displays.

Once you get to the site, the engineer you are working with will give you a code to enter. once you enter the code, download and install the small application. This will give us temporary access to your PC. You can cut it off any time you like.
