- Your Consent Is Required: We will only connect to your system with your prior knowledge and approval. By downloading and installing the remote tool, you agree to allow access only when requested and approved by you.
- U.S.-Based Support Only: Only verified Texas Fixer or Cloudifi team members based in the United States will request or initiate access. We do not outsource or offshore support requests.
- We Never Access Without Permission: You are always in control. We will never connect without notifying you and obtaining your consent.
- Transparency & Trust: We’ll always let you know what we’re doing and why. If you ever have questions or concerns, we’re happy to walk you through any step.
- Optional Uninstall Anytime: You can remove or disable the remote tool at any time. There’s no forced connection, and nothing runs without your knowledge.
